From Chef Andrea’s Kitchen

Our young chef, Andrea Perini, may be less than 30 years old but in the kitchen, he is a talented beyond his years. His creativity and energy keeps the guests (and us) waiting to see what else he going to whip up on the L’Olivaia kitchen at Villa Campestri Olive Oil resort.

We wanted to share a few of the dishes he has made recently that we think any Tuscan foodie would enjoy, just another reason to come visit our restaurant and embark on a flavor journey, with wine paired to match.

Make a reservation at our restaurant L’Olivaia, the only thing we ask is that you come with an appetite!
