The entire staff at Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort sends its very special Merry Christmas to our guests and all the others who have followed our activities this year. We hope you’ll continue to follow and also to come enjoy our hospitality in the coming year.
Charles Dickens in A Christmas Carol wrote that Christmas is “A kind, forgiving, charitable, pleasant time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem of one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely …”
Why is Christmas a time of such magic, and filled with so much emotion? Even as we grow, and are no longer the children who await with thrilled anticipation the opening of gifts piled under the Christmas tree, we still cannot resist the smells of the season’s cinnamon and ginger spices, the shimmering candles and the joy of watching the young as they enjoy the moment.
Dickens was right. Christmas is the moment of the year in which we all together open our hearts. We turn to one another in the greatest affection and our exchange of gifts becomes a way of saying, “I Love You.”
A Merry Christmas is our special wish to you who follow our site, to all of our old clients who come to us year after year, to those who have come to visit Villa Campestri and whom we hope will return.
To all of you go our best wishes, along with the hope that you shall celebrate with loved ones around a happy table filled with traditional goodies to enjoy together. It’s what we do at Villa Campestri, where tradition and modernity mingle to offer you unforgettable moments.
To All, a Merry, Merry Christmas!
